26-27 Open Enrollment Starts Jan. 15
Open enrollment for the 26-27 school year at FGCS starts on Jan. 15. Check the Enrollment page on that date for an updated online enrollment form and detailed information about the enrollment process. Online enrollment forms received by 4 p.m. April 1, 2026, will be entered in the enrollment lottery. Please note: If your student is currently on a waitlist for a spot at FGCS, this will not carry over to the 26-27 school year. If you want your student to be in the 26-27 lottery, you will need to fill out the new online form when it becomes available on Jan. 15.
Welcome to the Forest Grove Community School
FGCS fosters scholarship, stewardship and citizenship through engaging, relevant and active learning to help our students become educated and caring community members. Through classroom and real-world experiences we honor individual student needs and abilities, strive to educate the whole child, and emphasize student growth. FGCS, a tuition-free public charter school, enrolls students in 1st through 8th grades. We operate under a charter contract with the Forest Grove School District and are governed by an independent board of directors. We are an Oregon non-profit corporation and a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
