ParentSquare
Overview
FGCS uses ParentSquare for school communications. During the 24-25 school year, ParentSquare will be used for all-school communications. In the future, we will move to ParentSquare for teacher-family messages.
A ParentSquare account has been automatically generated for each parent/guardian using the contact information in Synergy, our student information system. This allows you to get important, urgent and emergency communications. ParentSquare users can choose to receive messages through email, text or app notifications, or any combination of the three. You may customize your notification settings after you activate your account.
We request that all FGCS families access their ParentSquare accounts so they can download the ParentSquare mobile app and update preferences on when and how they receive notifications.

- Receive messages from FGCS via email, text or mobile app notification
- Choose to receive messages instantly when they are sent out or in a single message (a 'digest') sent in the evening
- Communicate in your preferred language
- Direct message teachers and staff
- Participate in group messages
- Sign forms & permission slips, sign up to volunteer and more, all from your phone or web portal.
