Reminder: Bus Transportation Request Form

This message is for parents who are enrolling students at FGCS for the first time and for those who will have a new address next school year. We need you to submit this form to request bus transporation for your students. The deadline to submit the form is July 30.

Please Note: Parents of returning students do not need to fill out this form unless there has been a change of address. Please review the information on the form before submitting it. Bus information will be listed in student ParentVue accounts the week before school starts. Please contact Karen Torry at k.torry@fgcschool.org with any questions.
